Nice job, Innocademy Band!
You sounded wonderful last night. I had several comments about the mature sound you were producing. LOVE IT! And it was very cool for me to see and hear about the other things you all do at Innocademy: stop motion, CR trip, and the bios you created. Enjoy your vacation, and I have some neat plans for the end of the year! For those of you going on the June trip, have a safe, fun time. You all are the BEST! Ms. Karen TALLY SHEETS DUE MONDAY 22ND! We will be playing the Dvorak (Largo) and Beethoven (#116) on the Showcase concert Wednesday, May 24th. I am so proud of all the hard work most of you have put into these! If your favorite wasn't chosen, don't despair....it can be one for our fall concert next year. Please continue to practice on your individual parts so that we can use rehearsal time to learn how your part fits into the whole and work on blending our sound. Have a great weekend! Ms. Karen What is expressive music? It has dynamic contrasts, rhythmic contrasts, sensitivity to phrasing, attacks and releases...See if you can hear all that in this video! |
